The Federal ROC Party is committed to restoring Canadian Unity. The strategy is simple, elect ROC and Bloc Quebecois candidates at the next federal election to form a majority coalition.

Quebec

The ROC platform has appeal to Quebec who opposes the interfering of Ottawa in their affairs.

Ottawa

If Ottawa stays in it's present form, Quebec will continually seek winning conditions for it's referendum.  Under the ROC platform, the new Ottawa would administer only core national functions such as the military, foreign affairs, Bank of Canada, First Nations and the Supreme Court.  Ottawa will not interfere with other provincial responsibilities.

Constitution

When the ROC/BQ coalition is achieved, the Canadian Constitution will be amended to reflect the political platform proposed.
